Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist at Get Aligned Physical TherapyandHealth

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans targeting specific needs and goals. Implement evidence-based interventions to treat a diverse array of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, ensuring each session builds toward significant patient improvements. Provide hands-on care and guidance through specialized techniques and therapeutic exercises that enhance mobility and functionality. Document all patient interactions meticulously, tracking progress and modifying treatment approaches based on clinical findings and patient feedback. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment strategies and maximize overall patient outcomes while educating patients and families about therapy methods, injury prevention, and maintenance strategies. Work onsite Monday through Friday at our Ashburn, Virginia facility.
