Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to understand patient needs and set specific rehabilitation goals, managing a caseload of one individual per hour. Utilize hands-on manual therapy and develop individualized treatment plans integrating evidence-based practices for orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and sports-related issues. Create tailored fitness programs to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, while documenting all interactions accurately in EMR software. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to communicate progress and adapt plans based on ongoing feedback. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in Washington, treating patients covered by private medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current and active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license
- Proficient in documentation and treatment planning, specifically using EMR software like WebPT
- Strong competencies in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
