Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional abilities, then develop individualized treatment plans incorporating hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities. Deliver consistent monitoring of patient progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and educate patients on injury prevention and body mechanics. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated care for diverse populations facing back pain, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and gait difficulties while maintaining meticulous patient records. Work onsite in our Las Vegas outpatient facility Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience
- Proven ability in treatment modalities and techniques
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and trends
- Experience in outpatient settings with a collaborative approach to patient care
