Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting programs based on patient progress and feedback. Provide high-quality care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and recovery strategies, demonstrating exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience. Meet established utilization goals and business objectives to drive clinic success. Schedule is Monday to Friday onsite in Fort Lauderdale. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Desired Qualifications
