Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions for diverse conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases while adhering to prescribed care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance outcomes, educate patients on their conditions, and document progress to adjust treatment strategies. Meet utilization goals and provide outstanding customer service throughout the rehabilitation journey. Work onsite at our Princeton outpatient office Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- A valid New Jersey State License in Physical Therapy.
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
- Strong abilities in both written and verbal communications to facilitate effective interactions with patients and families.
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and patient management.
- Commitment to building and maintaining relationships that enhance patient trust and success.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly with diverse patient populations.
- Experience leveraging evidence-based practices to innovate patient care enhancements.
