Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions. Utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise prescriptions, hands-on manual therapy, and specialized equipment to facilitate pain alleviation and enhance mobility. Track patient progress, meticulously documenting treatments and responses to ensure continuous improvement and timely adjustments to therapy plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment methodologies and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. Regularly re-evaluate patient condition and adapt treatments as necessary to meet evolving goals and ensure optimal outcomes. Recommend appropriate assistive devices to aid patient mobility and daily activities, providing training on their application. Work onsite in a modern outpatient facility Monday through Friday, typically seeing patients from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Engage primarily with adults and children managing cases that include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Maintain professional development through workshops, conferences, and active participation in professional organizations.
