Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, and document patient progress meticulously. Conduct regular reassessments of therapeutic goals, modify treatment plans accordingly, and educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and assistive device usage. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to expand clinical knowledge. This role involves working directly with diverse outpatient patients, including those with post-surgical, neurological, and chronic pain conditions, to help them regain independence.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and standard office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus
- Commitment to upholding ethical practices
- Passion for helping patients achieve rehabilitation goals
