Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Implement evidence-based treatment programs, monitor progress, and modify plans using clinical judgment to enhance functional outcomes. Provide educational resources to patients and caregivers while collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure cohesive care delivery. Achieve minimum utilization goals and participate in performance metrics to maintain clinic effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state licensing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Certification in CPR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic word processing and computer skills
