Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical capabilities and limitations, then develop and implement customized treatment plans for orthopedic and neurological conditions. Document progress through verbal, written, and electronic means while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes. Provide consultations to other healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care and supervise assigned support staff to ensure standards of care are upheld. Engage with patients of varying backgrounds, delivering care that adheres to established customer service standards and organizational ethics. Participate in departmental leadership initiatives, including community outreach and program development, while attending regular staff meetings to continue professional education and maintain licensure in good standing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in word processing and using electronic health record systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, specifically in outpatient rehabilitation
  • Experience with advanced rehabilitation techniques and modalities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a focus on patient care quality
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives in physical therapy
