Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to create customized treatment plans, then implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities. Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health record systems while regularly re-assessing and modifying plans based on evolving needs. Educate patients and families on exercises and assistive devices, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care. Work onsite Monday through Friday with flexibility in choosing daily schedules.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid Washington state Physical Therapy license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with word processing and EHR systems
- An adaptable and resilient mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
