Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' functional goals and treatment requirements, then manage a caseload providing focused, individualized care for one patient per hour. Deliver cost-effective therapeutic interventions to enhance range of motion and mobility while reducing medication dependence through non-invasive options. Implement personalized care plans incorporating diverse methodologies, design fitness programs for long-term health, and utilize evidence-based approaches to ensure positive outcomes. Motivate patients throughout rehabilitation and encourage healthy lifestyles via strength, flexibility, and balance training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals for integrated care, analyze treatment outcomes, and maintain precise documentation of all patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Unblemished professional record with no history of disciplinary actions related to licensure
- Advanced knowledge of manual therapy techniques and their clinical applications
- Strong competence in creating and implementing individualized exercise protocols
- Familiarity with EMR Software, particularly WebPT, for documentation and patient management
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Demonstrated success in developing and leading rehabilitation programs for diverse orthopedic conditions
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
