Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and healing progress. Create tailored rehabilitation plans addressing unique needs for mobility improvement and strength enhancement. Facilitate therapy sessions incorporating exercises, stretches, and manual techniques to manage pain and improve function. Monitor patient progress diligently, modifying strategies based on real-time feedback. Educate patients on home care and injury prevention strategies while documenting assessments and treatment plans accurately. Perform these duties onsite at our outpatient office in Montvale, New Jersey, serving diverse orthopedic populations including post-surgical and sports injury patients.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings
- Strong competency in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with various rehabilitation modalities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT

- Specialized certifications in orthopedic or sports physical therapy
- Experience working in high-volume outpatient settings, managing multiple cases effectively
