Job Summary
Conduct detailed assessments to identify patient needs and set clear treatment goals, then manage a caseload of one patient per hour using a broad range of therapeutic techniques. Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility and functional abilities, while regularly monitoring progress to adjust care plans and optimize outcomes. Provide motivation to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, and surgeries, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance. Collaborate with fellow therapists and assistants in a 9 AM to 5 PM schedule to promote healthy lifestyle choices and improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California
- Untarnished professional standing, free of board actions or disciplinary incidents
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Strong aptitude for developing effective exercise regimens
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT
