Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments for orthopedic patients to evaluate objectives and specific needs, managing a caseload of one patient per hour. Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercise protocols to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance function. Construct detailed care plans, motivate patients throughout rehabilitation, and analyze treatment outcomes while maintaining open communication with families. Document all services and interactions thoroughly to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid Massachusetts license.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- A professional history free of board or disciplinary actions related to licensure
- Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise protocols
- Proficiency with WebPT EMR Software for patient management and documentation
