Job Summary
Treat an average of three patients per hour, focusing primarily on adults aged 40-65 with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Conduct thorough evaluations using assessments tailored to identify specific needs and goals, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapies. Incorporate patient education into sessions to empower individuals with knowledge about their conditions and recovery strategies. Document all patient progress accurately and efficiently using CureMD EMR while collaborating with a broad team of health professionals to coordinate high-quality care. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a multidisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Possession of an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills
- Strong communication abilities

- Prior experience in physical therapy settings, particularly those focusing on orthopedic conditions
