Job Summary
Assess individual patient objectives to develop personalized treatment plans and manage a caseload treating one patient per hour. Create and implement cost-effective protocols focusing on range of motion, mobility, and strength while utilizing evidence-based techniques to customize comprehensive care. Explore non-pharmaceutical alternatives to reduce medication reliance and conduct outcome evaluations to adjust care plans based on progress. Document all services in compliance with regulations and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a holistic approach. Operate onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, within a team of two therapists and one assistant.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- No history of disciplinary actions against your license or any infractions within your professional record
- Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and hands-on rehabilitation strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating a proven ability to handle diverse patient cases successfully
- Proficiency with WebPT or similar electronic medical records (EMR) systems to enhance workflow and documentation accuracy
- A keen understanding of exercise protocol development and implementation
