Full Time Outlet Operations Specialist I

Receive and sort incoming donations, weigh items, and provide receipts to donors. Unload trailers, load trucks for shipping, and sort merchandise into receptacles for sale floor placement or warehouse return. Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks, electric walkie stackers, and forklifts to move, stack, and transport products while inspecting and reporting equipment malfunctions. Assist with stocking, merchandising, and sales floor setup, including restocking designated departments and handling furniture. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock rotation, and maintain housekeeping standards. Work in a warehouse environment with constant standing, occasional outdoor exposure at loading docks, and exposure to dust, dirt, and forklift traffic. Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
