Job Summary
Full-time Otolaryngologist needed for Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Idaho. The role supports a high-volume, multi-disciplinary ENT practice with two established locations and expansion plans to Caldwell and Meridian. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time, plus possible hospital consults and rounding; after-hours ENT and facial trauma call is shared with other ENT providers. The clinic offers comprehensive services including general pediatric and adult ENT, allergy, head & neck, audiology, speech therapy and voice analysis, video stroboscopy, rhinology, and laryngology, with surgery performed at hospital and ASC settings. Requirements include MD/DO designation, board certification in Otolaryngology or eligibility within 3 years, Idaho medical licensure with hospital privileges, and DEA registration. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board certification in Otolaryngology or obtain certification within 3 years
- Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAM- Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed
- Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
