Job Summary
Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to facility policies and deliver patient-centered physical therapy interventions focused on individual treatment goals. Implement manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises within customized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Engage in clear communication with patients to involve them actively in their recovery plans while prioritizing appointments efficiently. Operate onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our outpatient orthopedic facility.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Proven expertise in delivering hands-on patient care
- Operating hours Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical record systems, specifically WebPT
- Experience working in outpatient orthopedic environments
- Knowledge and application of pain management strategies and therapeutic modalities
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication within a healthcare team
