Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical status and functional capabilities to create individualized treatment plans for those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to address musculoskeletal disorders, while educating patients and families on post-treatment care and injury prevention. Monitor and document progress through Electronic Medical Record systems, actively adjusting approaches to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a structured environment supporting pediatric to geriatric populations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Proficient in manual therapy techniques
- Familiar with working in an EMR environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Previous experience utilizing advanced treatment modalities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice in muscle re-education and pain management
- Experience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
- Preference for WebPT
