Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish objectives for personalized orthopedic treatment plans. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour using diverse manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercise regimens to enhance mobility and functional progress. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, or conditions, while maintaining meticulous documentation in electronic medical records. Collaborate with referring physicians and a team of two physical therapists to optimize outcomes. Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey with a focus on strengthening, flexibility, and balance.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in Los Angeles, California
- spotless record with no board actions or disciplinary measures on your license
- Demonstrated skills in manual therapy techniques
- ability to create effective exercise regimens
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- preferably WebPT

- Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
