Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, then design and implement customized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training. Engage in hands-on rehabilitation to restore mobility and strength while educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and ancillary staff to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain accurate EMR records. This role primarily serves patients recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent field
