Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to inform tailored treatment plans. Design and implement customized therapy strategies including strength-building exercises and mobility enhancement for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Perform hands-on manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and accelerate functional recovery while regularly monitoring progress to adjust treatment as necessary. Educate patients on independent exercises and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, active New Jersey license, and minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Salary range $100,000 to $120,000 per year with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice methods
- Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT
Desired Qualifications
