Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, implementing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and treatment goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance recovery. Document all clinical notes accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance with office standards. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest level of quality care at all times. Engage patients through effective communication strategies, educating them about their conditions and motivating them throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to align treatment goals and share best practices to improve patient outcomes. Schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic or rehabilitation setting

- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
