Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions. Deliver therapeutic interventions and administer exercise protocols while managing a caseload of one patient per hour. Document all interactions using WebPT EMR Software and monitor progress by adjusting care based on treatment outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and team members to ensure cohesive patient care and facilitate referrals. Serve a diverse adult clientele recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain in a supportive onsite environment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida
- Maintain a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against the license
- Exhibit proficiency in manual therapy techniques and clinical skills relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise programs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR software
