Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and medical history, which informs the development of effective treatment plans. Design and implement individualized care plans targeting recovery objectives using evidence-based practices, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for individuals recovering from musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. Operate standard hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, managing a patient load of approximately two patients per hour while maintaining active licensure in New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a reputable, accredited institution.
- Current active New Jersey Physical Therapy license, enabling you to practice in a clinical setting.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care.
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, with preference given to candidates familiar with WebPT software.
