Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, implementing evidence-based interventions to improve range of motion and design customized fitness programs. Document all interactions and outcomes meticulously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Operate onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a 5,000-square-foot facility utilizing state-of-the-art sports medicine technology.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Possession of a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Sound understanding of exercise program development
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management
