Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient objectives and craft comprehensive care plans tailored to specific needs. Deliver individualized treatments to one patient per hour using evidence-based manual therapy techniques and customized exercise protocols. Manage a caseload of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation and non-surgical musculoskeletal conditions, while documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions and motivate patients through education and support. Work onsite at our 5000 square feet facility or in home care settings Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington
- A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary action against your license
- Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and delivering personalized exercise programs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings
- Competency in using WebPT or similar electronic medical record software to document patient care and treatment plans
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse patient populations with a focus on achieving high satisfaction and positive outcomes
