Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions using clinical evaluation tools. Develop, implement, and adjust personalized rehabilitation treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education. Engage in clinical teaching by mentoring interns/students and collaborate with staff to enhance educational outcomes. Lead annual in-service training sessions to share knowledge on innovative practices and provide constructive feedback on team educational needs. Initiate and participate in clinical research activities to advance evidence-based care for orthopedic patients ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
