Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, developing and adjusting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality use while documenting progress accurately in electronic health records. Provide education to patients and families regarding recovery expectations and home exercises to foster active participation. Maintain open communication with physicians and colleagues to support cohesive care while achieving minimum utilization goals. Work with a diverse population ranging from pediatric cases to active adults in a modern outpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A current and valid State License in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems
- A personable approach to building rapport with patients and their support networks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Desired Qualifications
