Manage a consistent patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for focused attention and high-quality interactions. Implement cost-effective and evidence-based treatment modalities aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and independence, while integrating non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medications. Design and execute comprehensive care plans leveraging various therapeutic techniques based on individual assessments, curating personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to distinct patient requirements and progress. Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, encouraging them to achieve their optimal physical functionality. Ensure clear communication regarding treatment efficacy and patient progress while encouraging input from patients. Document all patient care services meticulously to maintain adherence to regulatory standards and continuity of care. The role involves Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM hours within a supportive onsite environment.
