Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual patient goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly. Manage a patient caseload of one person per hour to ensure focused care, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that emphasize range of motion and mobility. Promote alternatives to surgical procedures by exploring innovative modalities while minimizing medication reliance, and develop individualized fitness programs to address specific recovery requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate treatment outcomes systematically and document all interactions meticulously. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a supportive environment featuring state-of-the-art sports medicine equipment.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited institution
- Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Exemplary record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Demonstrated competence in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols
- Onsite role at Bradenton rehabilitation facility
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM work hours
