Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic evaluations for patients of varying ages and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with recovery goals. Reassess clinical signs and progress regularly to modify strategies, while documenting all interactions via SOAP notes and progress reports in our electronic record system. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding the recovery journey, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, and aim to meet minimum utilization goals. Work onsite or via telehealth platforms as clinically appropriate, engaging directly with diverse patient populations including children, adults, and seniors in home care settings.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Willingness to provide care both in-person and through telehealth platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of patients and their families
- Flexibility and adaptability
