Job Summary
Conduct thorough orthopedic evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for patients requiring mobility enhancement and pain management. Regularly assess clinical signs, modify plans based on progress, and complete all documentation in the electronic record system including SOAP notes. Educate patients and families on recovery processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Meet utilization goals and adhere to business objectives within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted licensure by the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of Florida
- Willingness to perform evaluations and treatments via in-person and telehealth platforms as appropriate
- A passion for working with diverse populations
