Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Employ therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes while tracking and documenting progress meticulously. Educate patients and families regarding conditions and assistive devices to empower self-management, collaborating with physicians and occupational therapists for comprehensive care. Manage a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain to improve functional independence. Participate in educational workshops and professional networking to stay current with field advancements.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking patient progress
- A flexible mindset, willing to adapt to the dynamic needs of our team and patient care environment
- Monday to Friday schedule
