Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient objectives, manage a caseload of approximately one hour per individual, and develop tailored care plans utilizing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions while documenting progress meticulously and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and promote healthy lifestyles through strength training and flexibility exercises. This full-time role includes Monday to Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM in Killeen, TX, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against your license
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol design
- Experience in utilizing WebPT EMR software for effective patient management
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing individual patient caseloads
- Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies and patient-centered care principles
