Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations for patients arriving at the clinic, assessing specific needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to orthopedic conditions. Administer physical therapy treatments using evidence-based methodologies to enhance recovery and promote optimal mobility, treating three patients per hour with focused time management. Collaborate closely with medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure comprehensive, team-based care. Document patient progress meticulously using CureMD EMR to maintain accurate records and facilitate ongoing treatment adjustments. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current active physical therapy license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Exceptional clinical reasoning
- Exceptional communication skills
