Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Manage a caseload of one individual per hour, delivering evidence-based therapy that enhances range of motion, strength, and functional mobility through manual techniques and customized fitness programs. Maintain detailed documentation and collaborate with a team of physical therapists and assistants to monitor progress and adjust care strategies as needed. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in our McAllen, Texas facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Texas license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license
Desired Qualifications
- Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Exceptional competence in developing exercise protocols
- Proficiency in using WebPT EMR software
- Relevant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings
- A demonstrated history of effectively managing diverse patient cases with positive outcomes
