Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish individualized treatment goals and manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour. Administer manual therapy techniques and custom exercise regimens while monitoring progress to adjust care plans for optimal outcomes. Document all services accurately in the WebPT electronic medical records system and educate patients on wellness strategies to support long-term health. Collaborate with a team of physical therapists and assistants to deliver holistic care for orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Maryland
- clean professional record without any board actions or disciplinary measures
- Comfort and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
