Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans addressing specific functional goals for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and sports-related conditions. Implement evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, adjusting methods based on ongoing assessments of patient progress. Document patient progress comprehensively within the EMR system and communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and collaborating physicians. Operate onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment focused on restoring physical capabilities and promoting wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
- Demonstrated experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to utilize EMR systems effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clear communication skills

- Patient education skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Previous experience in working with post-operative patients
- Experience working with those recovering from sports-related injuries
- Familiarity with developing community outreach programs that promote physical health and rehabilitation resources
- Experience with WebPT
