Job Summary
Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations, establish personalized treatment plans, and maintain a manageable load of one individual per hour. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and individualized exercise programs while utilizing cost-effective therapies to enhance mobility. Encourage patient motivation and active participation throughout treatment, collaborate with healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach, and accurately document progress in WebPT electronic medical records. Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm alongside two other physical therapists and one assistant.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- No records of any board or disciplinary actions
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Design and implementation of comprehensive exercise regimens
- Experience in utilizing EMR software like WebPT
