Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function while educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes and maintain accurate patient records documenting progress and treatment responses. Work with diverse populations including orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, and sports medicine cases. Meet productivity benchmarks and utilize performance metrics to enhance departmental efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy setting
- Possession of a valid CPR certification
