Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical needs and develop tailored treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment. Perform regular reassessments to track progress, adjust protocols, and educate patients and families on recovery processes and assistive device usage. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR certification. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current CPR certification
