Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain. Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques, implement exercise regimens, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes. Engage patients and families in discussions about treatment options while maintaining precise documentation of progress to comply with regulatory standards. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- An active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
- Strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, especially in outpatient or orthopedic settings
- Certification in BLS/CPR for healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic therapy
- proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while providing compassionate care
- Experience in applying manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
