Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish treatment goals and manage a load of one patient per hour. Devise effective care plans using various techniques to enhance mobility and implement cost-effective strategies promoting independence. Motivate patients throughout rehabilitation while evaluating treatment effects and monitoring progress. Document all services provided to ensure compliance with standards and collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care. Promote healthy lifestyle choices including strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination exercises tailored to individual needs. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative environment with two other therapists and one PTA.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois, specifically in Skokie
- No disciplinary actions recorded against your license
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Deep knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
- Capability to formulate and implement effective exercise routines
- Proficiency with EMR Software such as WebPT

- Proven track record of fostering positive patient relationships
