Job Summary
Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans addressing unique needs and goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education while monitoring progress to modify plans and maximize independence. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care solutions and participate in clinical instruction of interns, residents, and staff. Prepare and deliver annual in-service training sessions to enhance staff knowledge. This role supports a diverse outpatient population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions within a facility equipped with latest therapeutic technology.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in orthopedic physical therapy
