Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical conditions and functional abilities, utilizing assessment tools and methodologies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Engage in clinical teaching and mentorship, providing support to interns, residents, and less-experienced therapists. Facilitate regular workshops and in-service training sessions to ensure staff stay current with best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Participate in clinical research initiatives within your area of expertise. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a physical therapist
