Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Flexi Motion OrthoRehabilitationClinic

Collaborate with nursing personnel and therapists to design and execute individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including functional assessments and mobility training, while educating families on adherence to therapy and rehabilitation processes. Lead in-service training sessions for facility staff and participate in Care Plan Meetings to share progress updates and refine ongoing care strategies. Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the electronic health record system. Work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to ensure continuity in care and provide mentorship to less experienced staff. This full-time role is onsite at our Fairfax, Virginia facility, offering a salary of $90,000 to $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
