Job Summary
Manage a caseload of one patient per hour while developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual rehabilitation needs. Utilize manual therapy and advanced modalities to enhance outcomes, conduct detailed assessments to monitor progress, and document all interactions thoroughly in WebPT. Provide personalized motivation to empower patients, promote healthy lifestyle changes, and discuss alternative pain relief solutions to minimize medication or surgery. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in our Columbus, Georgia facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists and assistants.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia
- Clean professional record without board actions or disciplinary measures
- Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and reporting

- Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings
