Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations encompassing patient history, physical assessments, and goal-setting for individuals with orthopedic conditions, post-operative cases, and musculoskeletal injuries. Implement personalized treatment protocols using evidence-based practices while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to adjust care plans based on ongoing progress. Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient care activities, including evaluations, interventions, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prioritize accessibility and patient experience by identifying barriers to care and employing strategies that facilitate efficient patient journeys. Work on-site at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Beaverton, Oregon, Monday through Friday, supporting organizational initiatives that enhance community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Oregon to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
